Second New Poetry in Motion of the Day, Grace Paley

Sure enough, on a different bus, the B64, I spotted a second new poster of the day. This one from the New York City poet Grace Paley, who died just last year.

It's a short one, but nonetheless, powerful.

"Quarrel"

We quarreled
Alone I
turned away

from her dear
face   then I
feared death
