Alternate Fishbone Cover

So a while back I bought the new Fishbone album via Amazon overseas. I reviewed it over a month ago here. You may recall I reprinted the album art as well.


I just discovered, a week and a day before the official U.S. release, the disc has different art in its American form:

I am fascinated by this. I actually prefer the Euro-cover, don't you. The vibrancy and personality seems slightly sucked out of the new version.

Just wondering. Two weeks from Thursday I will be seeing Fishbone for the third time since September 2006, this time floating in the Hudson on the Rocks Off! Concert Cruise.

Hmmm. Still puzzled by the different art. Thoughts anyone?
