What in the hell is that? Are you sure it's trash? It looks like some kind of experiment!
It appears to have been a free-standing candellabra. You can see the candles in the tubes, although there were flowers in some of the other ones. Intriguing indeed and oh-so-tempting. However, had I rescued this item, I would have had lots of s'plaining to do when my lovely bride came home.
And it's next to a vacuum cleaner.
And a parked car.
