Miscellaneous Easter Post

Hey all....

A little tired today, rode 23.5 miles on the bike this morning.

Pearl Jam performed 2 songs last night on Saturday Night Live. Great versions of "Worldwide Suicide," their new single, and "Severed Hand," first time performing it live.

This is a first for me: let's see if it works. Here is the "Worldwide Suicide" performance:

and here is "Severed Hand":

On an unrelated note, voting is open in the next bracket for Band Madness. Go do your part.

OK. I'm not a big Pearl Jam fan, but I am now ... a You Tube fan. I found obscurities for the Ramones, Rancid, Steely Dan, Rollins Band, Cheap Trick, skateboarding demos ...

That's one cool web site.

Yeah, YouTube is amazing. Of course, there is tons of junk there, but it is outweighed by the hidden treasures. Where else can you see a montage of filmed plane crashes set to the music of Insane Clown Posse? I posted the videos more to see how they would look on the site then sharing the new Pearl Jam songs with everyone. At least that's the story I'm sticking with.
